I liked the floor tiles, they are nicely colored. I like how the building is decorated. I love the qualoty of the picture and thd sound was food too. The seats were ok.
Very Clean and I love the Manager Laura. Such a great lady. Ticket prices were fair. The food is expensive.
We froze our butts off in theater number 1 while watching, The Marvel !!!! Great movie but we will not come back until the manager adjust the temperature. I complained about it but nothing was done about it.
Closed on a holiday weekend without any updates of it online. Showtimes for today start as around noon but theater is closed until 3:00. I drove a 45 minutes in the opposite direction of the next closest theater. I understand staffing shortages, but do better than posting a barely readable piece of paper with on piece of tape. There are tons of people walking up and leaving disappointed.
Rarely have to wait in line and very friendly staff. Also if you're a stubs member Tuesday is $6.00 tickets so makes for a great date night.
Buying tickets online or through an app does not expedite the process of checking in or skipping the lines. Not sure why something as simple as a couple self-service kiosks to print tickets doesn’t exist. Concessions and ticket counter are one and the same, wait time for service on a big release night are extraordinarily long.

Audio is always WAAAAAY too loud. Ask them to turn it down, and not ever taken care of, or turned down too much. 90% of the time we’ve been there lately we have to wear hearing protection and even that’s not good enough usually. Will NOT be going back.
